On our part, we'll definitely double check all the goods first before collecting.
We'll do our utmost best to give you the most specific measurements.
- If the item is not up to your standard, not what you expected or does not fit you well, we can help you sell it off but with an commission of 30%. However, payment/collection, you deal with the interested party yourself. Failure to pay commission = blacklist.
- If you would like us to help you sell items, please inform us firsthand. 30% commission if items are being sold. FLAT RATE. You must be able to come up with the pictures. Please be honest, and don't cheat others and pull me down.

** ANY DEFECTS WITH ITEM NOT SOLD DIRECTLY FROM US IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY. WE'RE JUST MIDDLEMAN.


#1. Goods delivered based on first-come-first-served basis.
#2. No backing out after confirmation of orders. ( if you back out = blacklist )
#3. Send in orders using order forms.
#4. No exchanging or refunding of goods.
#5. Refunds only applicable to items that are OOS.
#6. No hp = no deal.
#7. Prices not nego unless otherwise stated.
#8. Please do give us 1-2 days notice before changing the timing.
#9. 10 mins late = SGD 1 fine.
#10. Usually no swaps allowed. You may try your luck, though.
#11. In the event, your parcel goes missing = not our responsibility.
